Faye Triggs studied a BSc (Hons) Sports & Dance Therapy degree at London Metropolitan University. She has built up her knowledge and hand-on experience throughout her training with various work experience placements in physiotherapy, sports therapy and sports massage clinics including:
She has previously helped to provide sports massage and injury advice at sporting events such as the London Marathon.

Faye worked as a pitch side sports therapist for Hardwick FC during the summer of 2012 and also covered games for Cambridge United Academy. She is currently continuing her education at the University of Essex studying an MSc Physiotherapy degree. Faye comes from a dancing background, having started at the age of 4. She was in full-time dance training for one year at ‘The Dance College’ before going to university and still participates in regular ballet classes at a professional level.
